Synthesizing information to read multiple sources on the same topic and then combining that information from different sources into a full understanding of the topic.
A SYNTHESIZE INFORMATION: Preview the selection's title and scan the text and graphic aids. What do you think the selection will be about?
B SYNTHESIZE INFORMATION: What is the focus of the information presented in lines 12-21?
What is another word or phrase that could be used to express the same idea as SURPASSES in lines 24-27?
