  5. DEFECTIVE WIRE Report defective equipment immediately BACK

  6. SWITCH OFF Switch off all equipment BACK

  7. CIGARETTE ENDS Do not put cigarette ends in bins BACK

  8. TRAILING WIRES Beware of trailing cords BACK

  9. HEAVY OBJECTS LIFTING HEAVY OBJECTS CAN CAUSE BACK INJURY BACK

  10. LOOSE CARPET Loose carpet or lino can be dangerous BACK
