  2. Introduction • Vmworld Europe 2015 was conducted under the theme “Ready For Any” in Barcelona, Spain. • It was the largest conference conducted so far in Europe as well as US. • Comprises of more than 250 unique sessions. • Attended by 10,000 people and over 135 partners.

  3. What’s New? • VMworld Europe 2015 was filled with announcements related to, 1. “One Cloud, Any, Application, Any Device” Architecture 2. Software-Defined Data Center 3. Additional announcements related to VMware’s hybrid cloud management, multi-vendor, service provider clouds, and hybrid cloud application delivery

  4. Day 1 Announcement • On the first day Joe Baguley, VMware’s Chief cloud technologist has announced , 1. Updates to VMware vRealize Automation 2. VMware vCloud Air and the VMware vCloud Air Network (VCAN) 3. NFV (network functions virtualization)

  5. Day 2 Announcement • On its second day, VMware has announced the steps taken by them to make use of the email application Boxer. • It also announced the dates for Vmworld 2016, Vmworld 2016 US is planned for August 28-sep 1 2016. Vmworld 2016 Europe is planned for October 17-20 2016.
