Introduction: • Based on the concepts of the software course . that talks about It is a systematization of the process of software development to ensure the best solution most economically. Its goal is to produce high quality software at low rate . • We have formulated this project so that the meaning of work and make employees more comfortable at work wishing to achieve its objectives, which set up for it. • Proceeding from this give to this project for each of us to extend a helping hand to friends, our families, our teachers
BACKGROUND: • The old system use the old technical to mange the process , So that the employees face a problem in all the sub system specially in the time and the hard work • the system which I study taking about store Book Continued for The Ministry of learning in Gaza strep the employee in this department face the problem in the work such as Inventory of books and the time which need for implement any task even if was so small because they use the document and the paper to solve any problem or task beside the huge cost • So the the main object for the new system .do change in the work in : • -1- Cost • -2- Quality • -3- Time • -4- Hard work • -5- Security
System description: • Organization or system structure for Palestinian government : • The system has traditional process that based on manger, employee, Librarian, secretary. • Such as: • 1-the manager he is responsible about every thing and every process in the store. • 2-the secretary he is helper of the manager. • 3-libarian he is have an information about every thing in the store like number of books, orders, and reports , etc ……..
System Goals : • Provide books for students.Provide books to school and benefit from them more than once • Manage the relation books between school, student, and the government organization. • Use Domain: • the system will use in theStore books for the Government • The system will be used to manage work and on a daily basis • The system will be ready to use about tow month starting • Develop the mechanisms of work . • Makes the work easier and more accurate
System Functions • System will include: • The manage function • Order function • sells function • Problem and reason: • We can describe the problem that is the all Problems resulting from use old system:. • The problems • Wasting time , cost ,hard work , and Overlapping of functions between the employees . over at that use the paper system , Hand calculations Causing a big problem Particularly since it is a government institution
Objectives : • From my study about the organization its government organization Non-profit • The mission for them Provide books for students and the schools. * • * Management of inventories Books. • * Reduce the disbursement of funds, and through the use of books returned. • * Manage the information and data and share it between the school. Student and the organization of government. • Solutions • We can develop the old paper system to be modern a computerized system and we have many solution : • Now we can make it’s a computerized system that we can design database for all system and user interface to share the information between users and this will be easy and increase the time and hard work and we didn’t lost any data.
