  4. Columbia Middle School Congratulations to CMS for winning the Illinois State Board of Education's Academic Excellence Award !! In order to earn this recognition, schools must have met AYP in 2010 and 2011 with 90% of students meeting or exceeding state standards in both reading and math for the three most recent school years.
