  1. Graphing Tier2/3 Interventions

  2. Graphing For Whole Group The purpose of whole group graphs is to get a quick picture of who is all in an intervention and how many are responding.

  3. Sign on the the Intranet Go to Intranet and double click on Interventions on the left hand side. Your screen should have “T2 CICO.”

  4. For Group graphing we want to see who is in the intervention and their average. Pick time frame-(weekly, monthly, quarterly) Check the boxes labeled “Has CICO Record” and “Summary only” 3. Click Submit

  5. You will get a list of all student in the intervention and their averages. Click on “Save the Search Results”

  6. Name the search something you will remember and Click Submit

  7. When you download the search, and double click on the download, it will pull the information directly into an excel spreadsheet.

  8. Delete or Add Information. For Group graphs, highlight the grade and record sections and go to edit then delete, entire columns.

  9. Highlight all names and scores.

  10. When data is highlighted, go charts and pick a Column graph (first one).

  11. When data is highlighted, go charts and pick a Column graph (first one), the following graph should appear.

  12. Click on the Graph. Go To Charts at the top. Click on “Move Chart”

  13. You will need to draw in goal line. Go to “Insert” then click on “Picture”, then click on “Shape.” Scroll down to the line and click on it. Then Draw the line across the “80”

  14. To change the color, double click on the line and you can change the color and the thickness.

  15. New goal line will look like this

  16. If necessary, double click on the “120” and change the scale to “100”

  17. Change scale to 100

  18. If you double click on the bar, you can add labels to show individual scores.

  19. Be sure to save your work! • If information pulls up in “Numbers” you need to open excel first, then got to the intranet and pull information.
