  10. Fold back and pin triangular flaps

  11. If female the ovaries are apparentFind the oviducts

  12. Remove the ovaries and oviduct

  13. Liver and Heart Layer

  14. Gall Bladder/Stomach/Small Intestine

  15. Remove the liver

  16. Locate Lungs and Pancreas

  17. Remove the stomach

  18. Find the kidneysFemale Male

  20. Find the testes if a male

  21. Nerves and Muscles of Hind Leg Remove the kidneys and look for the spinal nerves going from the spinal cord to the leg
