  4. Criteria for Application Past circler A past Circler who was not a present or past President of LC India Minimum of 4 years in circling. One candidate per Area One circler per Circle A candidate can apply only twice

  5. Points Total 100 • No of years in Circling- 5 • Various posts held at the circle / Area / National Level. - 10 • Awards/ Recognitions achieved through the years- 10 • Attendance in National, and circle events- 10 • International events attended 5 • All Service projects instrumental in implementing - 20

  6. Points • Consistent Contributions apart from the portfolio held- 20 • National Recommendation – 10 (Presentation of the application • Attendance at the circle meeting - 5

  7. Guidelines Landmark contributions at the Circle / Area and National Level. - 20 * *Land mark contribution all reports submitted for circle contributions (by the parent Circle) contributions/area (by the Area) contributions /National level (By the President of that particular board to which the circler was a member off) contributions. TOTAL POINTS 115

  8. GUIDELINES • Nominations discussed at the circle level. • Applications sent to Area Board (Area Board to discuss and then submit the nomination to the National Secretary with a copy to the President) • Last date of nominations is 20th April 2010. • Applications sent to the NEX for voting on the LAR. • The NEX will give points for point 8 only at the NEX. • Point allocation by Area Chairpersons only. • In case there is a draw then the President will vote.
