EPR User Group Agenda • Status of EPR Release 4.1 • Work Planned : Q2 2004 – Q2 2005 • Master EPR Feature Request List
EPR User Group Status of EPR 4.1 Release • Testing: • Completed round #2 of integration testing and fixing • Substantive rework needed in document editor • Design constraint identified in how HTML documents can be stored with existing architecture -> Limit formatting to underline, bold, italics • Starting round #3 of integration testing • Retesting all new features and fixed bugs • Regression testing with Windows XP and Windows 2000, also IE 5.5 and 6.0 • Release Schedule: • Some variability depending on number of errors to find and fix. Our best estimate: • Roll out to Public Workstations : early June • Expire previous version : mid August • Note: • When 4.1 is rolled out, the new formatting will be disabled until 4 weeks into deployment. This is to avoid confusion with new HTML documents viewed in old 4.0.2 editor. Will be able to see HTLM tags in old viewer.
EPR User Group New Features Scheduled Is there any feature, like Document Un-signing, that is more important that work above? If so, what existing project do we remove from list?

If it isn’t on this list, we don’t know about it… • Force us to look at the big picture when considering the important of a new request • Help drive the content of future releases • Forced ranking, then we work off the top of the list based on resources and time • Should we… • Post on the EPR website so that it is available to all?
