Usability Strategies • Challenge: Increase and maintain functionality while retaining ease of use. • Strategies: • Continue to resolve outstanding bug and support requests • Continue the standardization of interfaces • Implement a consistent look and feel • Major effort to increase the number of examples scheduled • Comprehensive documentation review is ongoing

  3. Training Strategies • Annual meeting is really a 2 day tutorial with a new approach: • Two tracks, new users and converting from the 2 to the 3 series. • One on one time with developers. • Portable machine in which students can log in and build ESMF, explore the code etc. • Greater use of telecons to assist individual developers.
