Contracts Administration assists the originating unit in obtaining signatures of appropriate university signatories and routes the contract to non-university party(ies) for signing. The non-university party(ies) sign the Contract and return an original contract to Contract Administration Contract Administration ensures that the Executed contract, with all exhibits, attachments, and forms, is in compliance with state law, rules and regulations, as well as University policies. Copy of the contract is forwarded to the 0riginating unit.
