Provide High visibility program for ACIN, Drexel and Congressman Andrews. Profiling thru credentialing and validation. Determination of Maritime University accreditation and credibility for validation. Determination of cross functional Rules, Suspicion Indicators and Aggressors Method of Operation. Integration of CATE and existing Terrorist related databases. Channel Logistics: • CATE IOC within 30 days at Port of Philadelphia. • Integrated Technology demonstration, 150 days of ATP. Drexel University: • Terrorist Profiling Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) • Develop TPL Concept, Methodology and Best Practices through input of Federal Government Agencies e.g. NSA
