  1. Hades(Pluto) • Parents: Kronos and Rhea • Sphere of Influence: King of the Underworld and god of death and the dead • Attributes: God of the hidden wealth of the earth; holds a bird-tipped sceptre, obtained a helmet that could make him invisible from the war with the Titans, and has a three headed named Cerberus • Birth Place: Was born then was devoured by his father, Kronos • Place Favored: The Underworld

  2. Pre 475 A.D. • I chose this picture because it represents what Hades was depicted as by the ancient Greeks. The description tells you that Hades was a mature king with a dark beard. Though there is another depiction from the Romans; the giver of riches and fertility. To me, this picture shows it all; an old king that looks like he can buy anything with his enormous wealth. To end things, Hades is a powerful god, one of the three that toke down the Titans, that demands respect without even saying so.

  3. Modern • This picture stood out to me the most because it showed the darker side of Hades. Since he was the god of the Underworld, he had every right to be feared. Hades had a rule in the Underworld; you come in, but you never come out. If you tried to escape, you would’ve felt the full wrath of Hades. He is truly the king of the Underworld.
