Overview • Create a single, more flexible tool for all users to check, store, maintain and submit data • Replaces ETS-FTP, SecuRemote, ETS Mainframe, MDC Hourly, MDC-QR, MDC-FTP, paper forms • Allow users to run checks on their desktop and make revisions prior to submitting data • Eliminate multiple sets of feedback • Take advantage of newer technology
ECMPS Client Tool • Import and export data in .XML format • Retrieve most current data from CAMD database • Create new and edit existing Monitoring Plans • Create QA/Certification Test data • View imported Emissions data
ECMPS Client Tool • Create Emissions data file for LME units • Support batch import, export, checking and submission of Monitoring Plan, QA/Certification Test Data, Emissions Data • Provide feedback when data are evaluated and submitted • Support automated software and data check updates
ECMPS Client Tool • Alerts and Messages • General announcement about an upcoming event • User specific announcement - Your password is going to expire • New data checks or version update • Tracking • Reports
ECMPS Client Tool • Maintain User ID and Password • Interacts with the CAMD Business System • Representatives can appoint Agents to submit data on their behalf
