IDTS Overview Annual reports are developed on students’ first year college performance and retention to second year and sent to Oregon high schools for program improvement K-12 Student Information System Extract Student Transcript Data to SCARF Student data sent to Community College Campuses and OCCURS Student data sent to OUS Campus(es) OUS Server Student initiates process to have transcript sent to community college or OUS campus as part of admission or placement Translation to EDI Translated student data sent to EDI Server

  3. K-12 Partners • eSIS (24 high schools @40%) • Pentamation (21 high schools @15% if Salem switches) • Linn-Benton Lincoln (35 high schools @10%) • Mastery in Motion standards data base- 60+ high schools • Other strategies • School master volunteers • GEAR UP sites • Excel “work around”

Status • Functioning partial extract for eSIS (does not include standards data yet) • eSIS consortium working with vendor to modify program- completion delayed until summer • Transcript entry prototype built for eSIS • Preliminary conversations held with Pentamation at Willamette ESD and with Mastery in Motion • Ready to roll out new extracts with partners
