Relation branch TU – confederation far from ideal The actual structure is not in favour to accompany the transition of economy and society in the region: • - Company TU federation/region confederation = Financial, negotiation and election/mandating power • - Individual membership in company (partial via employer), • not in federation/confederation
Disadvantages • TU development • (Pro) activity of the TU • Paralysing power game, survival strategy • Collective bargaining, social dialogue
