Generalist/Standard Home Inspection The Generalist/Standard Home Inspection is a point-in-time, non invasive inspection, of the visible and accessible areas of one to four family home (condo/townhouse). This is not an appraisal. Those benefit the banks. They are not cheap. Don't settle for a cheap home inspection for yourself.

  3. 4-Point Insurance Inspection All 4-Point Insurance Inspections can only be performed by a Florida-licensed professional. The licensed inspectors dated signature must be verified. This has been in effect since September 30, 2012, in the State of Florida.

  4. Wind Mitigation Inspection Proper wind mitigation construction provides greater protection from high winds. It helps protect homes from damage and loss of life during a severe storm, hurricane, or tornado. It benefits homeowners, private insurers, and all levels of government.

  5. Wood Destroying Organism (Termite) Inspection This is an insurance inspection. It is sub contracted to a licensed WDO (Termite) Inspector. The inspector looks for evidence of wood decay and/or evidence of past or present infestation by termites and other wood destroying insects and pests.

  6. 11th Month Warranty Certification Inspection An 11th Month Warranty Certification Inspection (One Year Warranty Inspection) is a comprehensiveGeneralist/Standard Home Inspection. It marks an upcoming deadline. It is the final chance to identify, document, and inform your Builders of items that need repair. Most Builder's warranties are only for one calendar year.
