Initial Teacher Training Recruitment for 2016/17 Number of Primary School Direct salaried – 18 Number of Primary School Direct PGCE – 5 Number of Secondary trainees– 20 so far, but still recruiting “ A partnership for excellence”

Continuous Professional Development • Number of CPD events held: 111 • Total number of delegates attending CPD events: 1544 • Number of Primary Schools teachers attending CPD events: 1209 • Number of Secondary Schools teachers attending CPD events:38 • Number of Nurseries/pre-schools practitioners attending CPD events: 29 • Aggregated delegate feedback: 100% of delegates stated that training would have a positive impact on pupils’ learning in school. “ A partnership for excellence”
