Specifiche Servizio di hosting verrà richiesto a operatori esterni valutandone costi e benefici (Register, Telecom …) Si concorda di orientare la scelta verso un CMS open source (Joomla, Open CMS) usando SharePoint per la Intranet Requisiti della piattaforma Interfaccia e layout il più possibile user-friendly. La redazione non deve avere skill IT Interfaccia internazionalizzata per rendere indipendenti i paesi nella redazione e gestione dei contenuti di propria competenza Piattaforma in esercizio presso terzi per garantire sicurezza, stabilità e scalabilità e non usare banda internet dall’esterno Attualmente cobra-es.com è realizzato come pagine statiche con Dreamweaverda personale interno. Resterà tale fino a che un aggiunta di contenuto o la realizzazione di una nuova pagina saranno richiesti. In quel caso si procederà alla migrazione verso il CMS scelto.

Ipotesi di soluzioni per la gestione dei contenuti WEB (e non solo…) Utilizzo di un CMS (no uso di tool specifici dell’IT) Ipotesi soluzione Open (OpenCMS o XXX) Ulteriore ipotesi: SharePoint in service o on premises (come complemento a Josh oppure come parte dell’offerta Office365 di Gruppo ce l’avremmo già) Il vantaggio della soluzione sopra starebbe nel fatto che la tecnologia è la medesima (come detto, Share Point lo dobbiamo in ogni caso avere). SP in service viene con la licenza Office365 ad un costo contenuto (+5 Euro a persona per mese) ma con il grande vantaggio della continuità delle tecnologie Office (facilità nell’uso a cura delle persone di biz.). Avrebbe anche senso far convergere sulla medesima offerta anche la INTRANET (Groupware con documentsharing tutto sotto Office365).
