UPINAR • Is a system used to facilitate interaction between university students and the university as a (academics and teachers) and they all use the system of distance education students can attend a lecture in electronic form and in their homes and also download lectures directly and duties other than what we will see, God willing .

  3. There are four users to e-learning system at the University of • Software engineers - Academics • Doctors (teachers) - Students

Software Engineers • Interested in reform of any error or bug and helping to load all new and updated periodically and also help doctors to download their material and lectures on the system because they know every nook and cranny in the system and their priorities to know all the passwords for all users.

Academics Use it to download the personal information for all students, as well as academic information such as signs and materials that they have adopted and also the agenda consistently for each student and teacher or doctor.
