The question on everyone’s mind-What do I do with my forms? We will collect them all at the end Commercial Booths will go to Patrice Original Booths will go to Greg
Listen up- Health Department Presentation Let’s all be courteous to our guest! We will allow for Health form questions at the end
Business as usual- What do I need to know? Cashier shift sign-ups should be open tonight Cashier signups are due March 5th Tickets cost .75 each so plan your menu prices based off of that
I’m on my way-What are my next steps? Checks are due March 7th Games and Commercial booth rental fees are $200 Original booth rental fees are $150 **This can be split in half by clubs if sharing a booth What does this cover? Health permit, booth, safety equipment, and general necessities Finalized Health forms are due by March 12th
Keep on climbing- More things for future! Start designing and painting your façade and t-shirts! Approved Club shirt colors this year are Red, Navy, and White Tonight is another opportunity to sign up for a customer service presentation
