  2. The classic-Who are we? Club Relations Director- Bre Executive Director- Jared Assistants- Patrice and Greg Health Department Official- Erica Lopez

  3. The question on everyone’s mind-What do I do with my forms? We will collect them all at the end Commercial Booths will go to Patrice Original Booths will go to Greg

  4. Listen up- Health Department Presentation Let’s all be courteous to our guest! We will allow for Health form questions at the end

  5. Business as usual- What do I need to know? Cashier shift sign-ups should be open tonight Cashier signups are due March 5th Tickets cost .75 each so plan your menu prices based off of that

  6. I’m on my way-What are my next steps? Checks are due March 7th Games and Commercial booth rental fees are $200 Original booth rental fees are $150 **This can be split in half by clubs if sharing a booth What does this cover? Health permit, booth, safety equipment, and general necessities Finalized Health forms are due by March 12th

  7. Keep on climbing- More things for future! Start designing and painting your façade and t-shirts! Approved Club shirt colors this year are Red, Navy, and White Tonight is another opportunity to sign up for a customer service presentation

  8. What can I do to save some money?- Apply for a Sustainability Grant Go to: http://www.studentaffairs.arizona.edu/greenfund/apply.php Apply for a Green Fund Grant

  9. Can I go home? Form lines to turn in forms Come up to ask questions Anyone without a rough menu or Original food idea come talk to me APO, Model UN & Marine Awareness, Alpha Phi Gamma, and anyone else who emailed me with a question please come talk to me
