  7. Question # 2 • Which one of the enzymes, Pepsin or Typsin, work best in an acidic environment? Why?

  8. Question # 3 • Using the term active site, explain why an enzyme will not work on a particular substrate at a very high temperature. Be ready to draw a diagram.

  9. Question # 4 • Each enzyme in the body has 2 characteristics. What are the 2? Give two examples/pictures/explanations of each.

  11. Question #6 • On Friday, we watched as our classmates ate 3 crackers at once. Why did that group of students finish the crackers first as opposed to the group that ate their crackers one at a time? Extra point if you can name the enzyme in our mouth.
