Data Protection notice When discussing members of the public, all agencies and individuals will agree to respect their confidentiality. The disclosure of information outside this meeting, should not occur unless there is a legal basis for a disclosure.
Forum Priorities • Violent Crime Reduction Plan : Daily patrols 3p - 6p Rec's Polesworth/Dordon • (20 patrols) • Nuisance Motor Cycles, Baddesley Common and Pit site • (15 patrols) • ASB Speedwell Recreation Ground, Baddesley Ensor • (20 patrols)
Community Priorities • Warwickshire Police is obliged to protect communities from harm in line with the ‘Police Priorities’. • This may mean that in exceptional circumstances SNT officers may be required to work on other policing priorities. • If this happens there will be a need to re-negotiate priorities. This will be done in liaison with the Chair and the panel.

Violent Crime Reduction Plan : Daily patrols 3p -6p Rec's Polesworth/Dordon • (20 patrols = 100% agreed Policing activity) • 42 targeted patrols conducted • Positive test purchase at off-licence in operation with Trading Standards ( fixed penalty issued) • 3x incidents relating to PHs and 4 other incidents of violence reported.
Nuisance Motor Cycles Baddesley Common and • Pit site • (15 patrols = 100% agreed Policing activity) • 16 patrols conducted • Motor cycles made off on a number of occasions when officers attended • 4 incidents where advice given, 5 warning letters generated, 2 x Sec 59 Warnings administered. • Off-road team asked to patrol.
ASB Speedwell Recreation Ground, Baddesley Ensor • (20 patrols = 100% agreed Policing activity) • 30 targeted patrols conducted • No issues identified during patrols • Only one reported incident since 26/102010 This related to snow balls in New St.
