  3. Chronology • To establish Changshu plant with capital US$2.4 million in November 2005. • Groundbreaking ceremony on February 22, 2006. Ground preparation in August 2006. • Starting construction in October 2006 • Business license approval in November 2006 • Increased capital US$ 9.5 million in July 2007 • New office building started to use in January 2008 • Inauguration of a main building in May 2008 • Trial run in June 2008 • The Foundation-stone installation completed in November 2008

  4. Chronology ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificated in Aug. 2009. Production line for Vinyl ester resin set-up in Sep. 2009 . Pilot reactor start-up in Apr. 2010. Passed the Safety Standardization level Ⅱin July 2011. Be awarded “Advanced Plant for Work Safety”by Changshu Economic & Development Zone Management Committee for the past 4 straight years from 2009 to 2012. Be awarded “Changshu A-Class integrity company for labor security”by for the past 4 straight years from 2009 to 2012. P.4
