  4. Pick your Future?!Example A • 35 years old; Married and 2 kids • 2 car loans • $50,000 Student Loan Debt • Boat (with a loan on it) • No college savings for kids • Roth IRA – each put in $100/month • Emergency Fund – What is that? • Revolving Credit Card Debt of $3000

Example B • 35 and married with 2 kids • No Student Loan Debt • You drive PAID for Cars • Your home is paid off – NO MORTGAGE • Max out Roth IRA (currently $5000/yr) • Monthly contributions to kids college • You have a boat – just no loan • 6 months emergency fund • No Credit Card Debt – (Don’t even have one)
