Emerging ICT EMERGING PHENOMENON
1st lecture > intro to the Emerging ICT unit • Objectives, actuality, problematics • Tasks, results to be achieved • Ttudy process • Evaluation • Sources The aim of the course is providing emerging information and communication technologies (EICT) basic knowledge (including EICT conception, principles, models, methodologies and research results) and developing practical skills in assessing the EICT relevance and perspectivity in organizations under constantly renewable modern ICT conditions.

1st lecture > intro to the Emerging ICT unit Study process and evaluation • cumulative score principle • colloquiums (march, may) • presentation of actualities (march,april,may) the assessment takes into account the ability to give meaning, optimize, present and convincingly defend the results and ability to use EICT for professional purposes. accumulated points formula:cumulative score = 0.5*knowledge + 0.5*skills(knowledge - colloquiums results mean; skills - mean of published online & defended results). final evaluation (exam) = 0.6*cumulative + 0.4*final.test
