Chapter 2: CCPFC’s role • Committed to assisting children and their families facing emotional, behavioral, and mental challenges. • Wraparound process: service planning that is family driven to help children grow, recover, improve, and become healthier • Team based: building teams of support that involve formal or professional (service providers, FSO, DCPP, Probation, CMO, community leaders, family, friends, etc.)
