Definition Introduction The Delivery Focus Areas help teams to break down the aspects of an engagement into four major areas, so as to evaluate the key aspects of the engagement to assess where they are and identify major risks

Focus Area | Break down Level 1: There are four major focus areas Level 2: Each focus area is broken into the sub-areas Level 3: Each sub-area comprises a set of best practices Level 4: A set of questions helps determine if the best practice is being used Introduction Project Management Scope Management Explicitly define the boundaries of the breadth and depth of the scope Is the scope matrix up to date? Does it describe depth as well as breadth of the solution?
