Advanced Contact Us Magento® 2

The usual Contact Us form enhanced with Department field. Customers can choose the relevant department from the drop-down provided on the Contact Us form. This ensures that the query will be replied accordingly.<br>Support team also get relief from directing customer queries to different departments. Which in turn reduces the time taken to reply the customer. The enquiries are categorized automatically by the Email Id specified. Just mention the particular department Email Id from Admin and redirect the customer emails to specific department.

Skype: osc_support sales@oscprofessionals.com Ph: +91-9225237076 2) HOW TO SET UP: 2.1 Steps to install Advance Contact Us Extension for Magento® 2: 1) Take Backup of your Web directory and Store Database. 2) Download the Advance Contact Us module from http://www.oscprofessionals.com/magento-extension/advanced-contact-us-magento- 2-module/ 3) Upload contents of the downloaded module to your store root directory. 4) The directory structure is as follows: -- root directory |-- app |--code |-- Oscprofessionals |--AdvanceContactUs 5) In SSH console of your server navigate to your store root folder: cd <store folder path> Example: cd /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/<Magento-Root> 6) Then run the following commands in the same sequence. A. On Windows: i) php bin/magento module:enable Oscprofessionals_AdvanceContactUs ii) php bin/magento setup:upgrade iii) php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy iv) php bin/magento indexer:reindex B. On Centos: i) bin/magento module:enable Oscprofessionals_AdvanceContactUs ii) bin/magento setup:upgrade iii) bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy iv) bin/magento indexer:reindex www.oscprofessionals.com

Log out from the back-end and log in again.
