  2. Main Service My service is a restaurant T.G. Steak and Sea will provide five star dining to an area full of fast food and pizza shops.

  3. Why T.G. Steak and Sea? Customers will choose my business because we will offer the best cuts of steak and fresh seafood. T.G. Steak and Sea is an escape from the usual franchises like Applebee’s and Chili’s You can relax at the bar and watch the game or try the fine wine selection

  4. Where is it? My business is located on the outskirts of Emmaus. T.G. Steak and Sea will be open from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM and the bar will be open till 2:00 AM

  5. Employees I will hire about 20 to 30 employees ranging from dishwashers to waiters to chefs

  6. Capital I will start with a business loan and then gain capital through profit
