  3. Member Survey • Verify existing commitment to the CalWARN organization and agreement • Identify and update key contacts for each CalWARN member utility • How the CalWARN agreement is integrated within utility’s emergency response plans • Determine how members use/access the CalWARN website

  4. Member Survey 2 • How current and accurate each member utility’s resource listing is within the CalWARN website database • Request member’s opinion of how the resource database can be improved (data entry, resource typing, etc.) • Identify set protocol/schedule for keeping the database current

  5. Member Survey 3 • Request input from members for ways to enrich and improve the organization relative to its core objectives of emergency preparedness, disaster response planning, etc. • Determine the projected response and expected involvement from member’s for future CalWARN resource request exercises, drills, and meetings

  6. Website Update • Integrate the new logo • Integrate the linkages with other state • Other states xxwarn.org (xx = postal code) • Modify resource data base • AWWA Resource Typing Manual • Individual Resources • Checkbox format – less detail
