Mission and Vision Statement As Pakistan struggles with water pollution, it has become a major problem in the country, Hydralife’s goal is to provide significant changes to Pakistan by providing clean water resources. This will create safe drinking water for people and livestock, clean irrigation water for farming and exports, and also for industrial use.   5. Country/Cultural Profile The United Nations has said that Pakistan’s floods puts 3 million children at risk of diseases carried by contaminated water and insects. Impact on Global market • 4,000 children die each day from skin infections, allergies, fever, stomach problems, and in some cases malaria for not having access to clean water. • There have been 2.2 million people worldwide that have lost their lives to water borne diseases that can be prevented • Hydralife with the help of its partnerships, will provide clean, safe drinking water to Kot Addu, as well as the other 900 million people worldwide in need of safe and clean water. • Our organization has committed itself to the Millennium Development Goals(MDGs), which commits to halving the proportion of people without access to safe and clean drinking water.

  23. Competitors in the market • Competition is not a factor in our market segment because we view our fellow nonprofit organizations as potential partners for our service. • Our company is driven by one goal and that is to fully focus on the people who need clean water.
