  5. Mad Scientist Dissection Rules 1. Follow Teacher Instructions- DON’T WORK AHEAD!!!! ( I will guide the dissection) 2. Keep hands out of mouth and away from face 3. Keep hands and instruments to self 4. DON’T MAKE A MESS!! (If mess is being made, we will stop)

  7. Stems • Support the leaves, flower, and fruit • Transport water and nutrients to the rest of the plant Examples: celery, asparagus stem
