Why is Guidance needed? • The laws governing the use of vehicles on public roads can be complex when applied to Agricultural vehicles • The amount and type of queries received • A desire from industry to have clearer guidance • Existing guidance is mainly aimed at ‘policing’ the use of Agricultural Vehicles AIAC meeting, 15th November 2007 at Stoneleigh Park
