Methods and Materials • After collecting samples from Emma Lake • Spore prints were set up • Some of samples were stored at 4 degrees • Some of samples were stored at 20 degrees • Observations were made with compound and disecting microscopes • Slides were made with distilled water.
Results • Using compound microscope • Cruciately septate basidium in four compartments • Each of the compartments has a nuclei which can be called basiospores • The tube that grow up is a germ tube • Basiospores form of ‘germination by repetition
