(Aug. 25, 2004) -- Grubb & Ellis Company (OTC: GBEL), one of the leading providers of integrated real estate services, today reported net income of $12.6 million, or $0.83 per share, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, compared with a net loss of $17.9 million, or $1.19 per share, for the prior year. For the fourth quarter, the Company reported net income of $9.0 million, or $0.59 per share, compared with a net loss of $870,000, or $0.06 per share, in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003.
