  2. EARLY LIFE Barack was born on August 4TH 1961 in Honolulu Hawaii. Barack with his mum. His mother is Stanley Ann Dunham a White American from Kansas His father is Barack Obama, Sr. from Kenya.

  3. Earlychildhood His parents divorced when Obama was 2 years old. His father returned to Kenya and died in 1982 in a car accident His mother then married an Indonesian student that was attending collage in Hawaii.

  4. Early life in Indonesia • When his stepfather had to return to Indonesia because of a change of government there Obama also moved with his mother to Indonesia. Mom lived most of time in Indonesia + Job Returned to Hawaii 1194, died of cancer 1995

  5. SCHOOLDAYS He attended local schools in Jakarta/Indonesia With 11 he moved back to Hawaii and attended Punahou School for 8 years (High School) Afterwards: Occidental College Los Angeles Columbia University NY, Harvard University

School/University/Job • Obama took drugs as a teenager. • After studying he worked in different law firms • later, he went to Europe to further his education. • Obama came down to spend 5 weeks in Kenya, where he met his relatives. • He worked 12 years as a professor in the University of Chicago Law School.
