USA Lodging Outlook • Hotel room revenues, supply & demand all showing positive growth over last year. • RevPAR up 7.3% over 2003. • Summer 2004 better than Summer 2003 despite colder than normal temperatures. • Industry near pre-9/11 levels of Year 2000. • Resorts did better than last year and better than other types of lodging.
