  2. Using System Reports Reports are provided. Organisations can use these reports to: • Monitor performance against Schedule 5 targets; • Look at, and improve on data quality; and • Evidence based planning.

  3. Using System Reports Two types of reports have been created for ‘Data Input’ users: • Feedback by Agency; and • Quarterly Output by Agency.

  4. Using System Reports Quarterly Output by Agency report. • Measure progress against targets for each HACC activity.
