About OT Joiners • OT Joiners is a leading manufacturer and supplier of laminated beams and columns in the Western Cape. • Established in 2012 in the Parow Industrial area in Cape Town, the company produces flooring, ceilings, skirtings, fascia, cover strips, quarter and half rounds, fencing etc. • OT Joiners specialises in curving and bending of laminated beams. They offer the beams in standard size mostly and produce special sizes on a clients’ request.

  6. Products Laminated Pine Beams Laminated beams are made by gluing timber and applying pressure and heat by using moisture-resistant SABS approved transparent glue. The product is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it is also strong, stable and rigid.

  7. Products Laminated Saligna Beams Saligna is a hardwood that has superior strength and characteristics. OT Joiners uses only kiln dried material for manufacturing the beams. Saligna laminated beams are more durable than Pine.

  8. Products Curved Beams Saligna or Pine curved beams are project specific and unique. OT Jointers manufactures curved beams as efficiently as straight beams. The company offers curved beams in various thicknesses up to 140 mm.

  9. Products OT Laminated Beams OT Joiners supplies Grade 8 laminated pine beams. A clear glue is used to manufacture these beams which provides the best visual appearance. Before gluing, the timber is machined, shaped and pressed pneumatically. They are kept under constant pressure until the glue sets.
