FROM: Ben Russell, CEO • TO: General Manager, Human Resources • SUBJECT: Research Personal Effectiveness Issues • I am very pleased with your report on Personal Effectiveness programs and what it means to be and become an "employer of choice," and I have no doubt that we can also achieve those benefits. • As you know, the current high absenteeism productivity rates are of some concern, but your research indicates that wellness programs could clearly help address those issues. I would like you to work with your team to conduct internal research and to prepare a plan. This should target those programs that the majority of employees respond to most favourably and those that would best help address the issues of absenteeism and productivity rates.

  3. Prepare a staff survey online • Register at Quia or similar.

  4. Read tips for preparing through a google search and other notes provided. • Try out your survey-email to other students • Compile results using Quia • Keep for assessment
