  3. About the Data • Most data from Chancellor’s Office Data Mart • Ensures consistency across colleges • Same data as used in ARCC • Focus is on college-level data

  4. About the Data, cont’d • Data availability: • Data collection, cleaning, posting process means reports are usually available 3-4 months after the end of term • Updates planned for 2x/year: • March/April (for Fall term) • August/September (for Spring term)
