  2. Directions • Using your best handwriting, please write the two sentences on the next slide into your Language spiral notebook. • Watch out! There are errors in the sentences that need to be corrected. Write each sentence correctly into your notebook. • Keep this spiral to study for the test over these sentences that will be on Friday.

  3. Day 1 • Donna said, “What a beautiful pair of rug you has on your wall! • “Yes they were made” said Brice, “by too unidentified hopi weavers.”

  4. Corrected Sentences Day 1 • Donna said, “What a beautiful pair of rugs you have on your wall!” • “Yes, they were made,” said Brice, “by two unidentified Hopi weavers.”

  5. Day 2 • Donna said, “Brice I must missunderstoodyou.” • Then her added, “Weren’t the Navajos the goodest weavers of all?”

  6. Corrected Sentences Day 2 • Donna said, “Brice, I must havemisunderstood you.” • Then she added, “Weren’t the Navajos the best weavers of all?”

  7. Day 3 • Brice shook his head and said, “No donna you are incorrect.” • Brice added, the Navajos learned weaving from the Hopi and other Pueblo tribes.”

  8. Corrected Sentences Day 3 • Brice shook his head and said, “No, Donna, you are incorrect.” • Brice added, “The Navajos learned weaving from the Hopi and other Pueblo tribes.”

  9. Day 4 • The Pueblo weavers was men but the Navajo weavers were woman. • I disscovered they there one was woven by Daisy touglechee
