End of Life justification • VACMAN Middleware contributed to VASCO’s success story in Enterprise security VM3.0 is highly mature and widely accepted but it has a limitation to follow the latest technologies and it becomes more and more challenging to support it => So it the End of Life policy will start on the 1st of July 2010 • We can offer IDENTIKEY Server 3.1 as complete upgrade product IDENTIKEY is built with the new challenges in mind, and offers more supported platforms, latest OS support, more front-end interfaces, larger scalability, more functionality, etc. => more information on www.IDENTIKEY.com

End of Life timelines • End of Life announcement on 30th June 2010 • End of Sales period : 31/12/2010 • Only additional licenses for existing customers can be sold • VM3.0 and related products will be removed from pricelist • End of Support period: 31/12/2011 • R&D will continue to develop bug fixes and patches • Only for customers with valid maintenance contract => promote the migration towards IDENTIKEY (NO new Middleware for new customers)
