1st Draft • Use your brainstormed ideas and begin writing your memoir in sequential order. • Don’t worry about spelling, grammar, or punctuation yet! (End product should be at least 5 paragraphs)
Review and revise • Read through your memoir. • Revise your work to contain correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. • Use Editor’s Marks. • Indent Paragraphs !!!!
Final Copy • Dot your i's, cross your t's. Fine-tune your memoir by making sure all the nitty-gritty stuff is in order. • You need an introductory paragraph, 3 body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Must have a heading and original title (do not use memoir as your title). Does NOT have to be typed.
