IOT Positions Code – IOT Automation Years of experience – 2- 5 years Responsibilities: • Independently work with little supervision on IOT activity • Create Test Plans, Test Reports, Product Feature Documents • Debug SiP, MGCP Callflows, Raise CQs on Sonus and Third Party Equipments • Verify Bugs, Make Application Notes on Configurations of Sonus and Third Party Equipments • Configure and maintain the IOT Lab with the latest version of Sonus and Third Party Equipments Skills: • Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager and or Avaya PBX's • Knowledge on Unix and Scripting would be an added advantage • Good Knowledge on SiPp , SER and other Open Source Tools • Good knowledge on the Testing Processes • Sound knowledge on SIP/ MGCP protocols • Good Knowledge on SS7 protocol and its variants will be an added advantage • Good Knowledge on any of the following test tools like INET, Navtel, Exfo etc would be an added advantage • Knowing of Perl will be an added advantage HR Learning & Development

SVT EMS Position Code – SVT – EMS Years of experience – 5+ years Responsibilities : • Test Plan/ Test Case design • Test execution-Feature, regression, Running automation suites of EMS features • Bug fix validation • Test Bed preparation • Automation of test cases • Co ordination with teams • Tracking and monitoring • Estimation, planning and schedule preparation  Skills: • Experienced in EMS/NMS product testing of   telecom domain • Extensively worked on Solaris/Linux OS • Automation experience using Silk Test/ QTP ( Silk is preferable) • Should have telecom domain knowledge. EMS Position Code : EMS Developer Years of experience – 5-8 years Responsibilities : • Very good knowledge in Web-base UI design and implementation is MUST. • Interact with engineers and customers on a technical level to analyze requirements and design solutions. • Participate in supporting customer driven activities such as scoping and Product line management interaction, • Strong architectural and design knowledge, prototypes etc • Lead feature delivery • Design, Implementation, Testing and Unit test automation, maintenance, documentation. • Through understanding of organizational process and software development process. Skills: • Expertise in Core Java, HTML5, Struts, Servlets and J2EE a must. • Expertise in WSDL, SOAP, XML and XSL is a must. • Strong Hibernate, JBoss, Oracle, Unix Shell scripts experience. • Telecom Background is a must. Background in Service Provisioning is preferred. • Strong EMS/NMS system design, SNMPv2C and execution experience, • Hands on Solaris/Linux based Network management systems. • Strong foundation in data-structures and algorithms. • Exposure to OSS, Web 2.0 and Portal Technologies is a good to have.   5. EMS Architect Position Code : EMS Architect Years of experience – 11-15 years Responsibilities: • Will be a core member of a development team. Responsibilities include handling high priority customer issues, developing customer facing documentation, requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance.  Apart from contributing directly, may also need to mentor and train a small team of junior engineers and oversee their day to day activities. Should be able to develop new ideas, document them and also execute/implement them.  Should be hands-on and be able to work independently identify problems and design/implement associated solutions. Should have/develop a view of customers, partners and competitors products. Should be able to follow latest technology trends and develop plans for incorporating them in our products. • Minimum of Bachelors degree in Computer science or equivalent with 11 or more years of experience in programming, design, development and testing.  Part of the experience should be as a technical lead. Should have hands on experience and knowledge of Network management systems and related  technology. Should have a grasp of web programming methodologies and technologies.  • Experience in and knowledge of Voice Over IP and Telecom technologies is a Plus. • Experience in developing / working on embedded platforms is a plus. • Thorough knowledge and experience with Java programming languages is required. • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and associated tool sets is required. • Knowledge of Clear case Clear quest and related toolsets is a plus. • Excellent communication skills written and spoken - in English is required. Regression Testing Position Code : Regression Tester Years of experience – 2-5 years Skills: • Solid engineering skills in product level debugging, network level debugging • Capable of scoping complex functional requirements into test artifacts. • Capable to multi-task on different activities. • Excellent ability to break down the tasks and provide testing effort estimates. • Must have hands on experience in working in Linux/Unix environment. • Has a very good understanding of project management techniques • Has good knowledge in one or more of the scripting – shell, perl, python Qualifications: • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering. • Telecom industry experience in QA. • In-depth knowledge of VOIP protocols (SIP, H323, H248, MGCP etc..) • In-depth knowledge of Cellular technologies GSM, UMTS switching. • Working experience in one or more of the IMS-CSCF, IMS-AS, SIP, VOIP etc., • Deep understanding of IP networking technologies • Very good understanding and experience in IP-Security concepts etc. HR Learning & Development

  7. Sustaining Position Code : SVT Sustaining tester Years of experience – 3 – 5 years Responsibilities: 1. Reproduce and verify the customer reported and in-house bugs in all the patch releases for the sonus media gateway(GSX) 2. Regression testing around the customer reported issues. 3. Work closely with the customer teams to understand the customer set-up/configuration. 4. To be able to replicate the customer issues for further investigation. 5. Responsible for test bed setup and configuration as per requirements and execution of planned test cases. 6. Execution of automation/regression test suites as and when needed. Skills: BE (Electronics / EC / CS) • Telecom Testing Experience • Experience in Testing of VoIP Products/Solutions • In-depth knowledge of any one of the following technologies and protocols: SIP, VoIP, ISUP, TCAP, INAP, IS41, GSM MAP, CAP • Expertise in Scripting Languages such as Perl, TCL/Expect, Shell scripting. • Expertise in Solaris OS is a plus. • Good understanding of various testing processes. • Hands on Experience in automation. • Good understanding of testing equipments like EAST, INET and HAMMER will be added advantage.
