Fraternity’s Mission Strengthen and serve proactively the brotherhood, as a supportive resource that positively impacts the Fraternity’s growth and financial solvency.
International President All should rise at initial entrance Shall be bequeathed “Honorable” Appropriate representatives should meet upon arrival and transportation at all times (personal escort) A white carnation boutonniere should be provided and corsage should be provided for President’s wife Comfortable quarters (including wife) Provided opportunity to address the assemblage.
Past International Presidents The Past International President shall be provided certain amenities and rites as described in the International Constitution and rules of procedure during international conventions established by the International Headquarters.
International Officers and Board International Headquarters shall make travel and ticket arrangements for all travel to conferences, meetings and official activities of the organization which require their attendance. (including the International Executive Director)
Regional & State Directors Meet and provided transportation at all times Fruit baskets provided to room or appropriate locations White carnation boutonniere provided Comfortable quarters Local dignitaries should be informed of his arrival and provide opportunity to meet him Articles should be placed in the print media of visit
DSC & Life Members Members at all levels of the Fraternity should make certain to recognized members of the Distinguished Service Chapter. Distinguished Service Chapter membership is the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the Fraternity. (i.e. designation of “Honorable”) Life Members shall be recognized at meetings, conferences and other activities of the Fraternity as described in this document.
Fast Facts Members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., shall be recognized at all events and activities Special Events Planning (six month, three month, two month, four weeks, two weeks, one weeks, the BIG day, after the event) Conferences & Meetings – It Is Your Image Maker! Shorts and blue jeans are NOT acceptable at State, Regional or International Leadership Conferences during business meetings, luncheons or banquets!!!
