LIETUVOS RADIJO IR TELEVIZIJOS KOMISIJA Regulation • Requirements for VOD Service Providers stated in the Law on Provision of Information to the Public: -Prior to commencing the provision, providers must register with the Radio and Television Commission of Lithuania (RTCL) in accordance with the procedure established by it - must protect minors against the detrimental effect of public information - shall ensure that at least half of the programmes in the catalogue of on-demand audiovisual mediaservices are European works
