If there’s more work to do than the key personnel can handle, you’ll eventually need to find someone to do it. • Find partners and “fellow traveler” firms whenever possible. • Personal friends/acquaintances/contacts • UC alumni network • LinkedIn • Meetup.com • Cold calls • Consider using outsourcing vendors when you can’t find a partner and you can’t afford to hire someone.
