This process helps us understand client’s preferences and practices. Database: We are having an extensive computerized manpower database, which we update regularly. Moreover, any application that is not active for more than six months is closed. Our database is categorized to locate the exact candidate in the shortest time possible. Apart from computerized database we have own database of more than 55000 resumes. Deliver 24/7 Highly qualified and experienced HR recruiters who screens each candidate thoroughly. The consulting team does qualitative evaluation of database before presenting it to the clients.

We follow a unique way of sourcing both skilled and semi skilled manpower in various locations and are not available in any web portal and i.e. Field Sourcing
Payment & Invoicing Terms • 8.33% of CTC for Executive to Manager Level. • Service charge as applicable . • Payment within 30 days of joining of the candidate. We Guarantee: If the candidate leaves within 3 months of joining, we will find a replacement which will not be charged for. This warranty is only if the candidate leaves voluntarily but we should be intimated as soon as he /she leaves. Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform Allowance, Soft Furnishing Allowance, Education allowance, Periodicals Allowance, Conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
